One of GraphiTech's newest product is called TermSys Touch Job Tracking. It is a Real-Time Shop Floor Data Collectiion system utilizing both Touch Screen and a Bar Code Scanner at each collection terminal.

This product includes sample Scan Sheet, 5 badge holders, Wireless Bar Code Transceiver & Scanner, Software and Documentation manual for the Job Tracking System. Easily Upgrade Starter Pak (at $775) to Network Version (up to 10 computer terminals) for an additional $675. Total cost for Multi-Computer, Network version is $1450.

Computer with Reports

If you wish to also have a Data Collection System that includes Real-Time Data Collection of both time and materials plus production analysis, see Job Costing & Tracking on this page to the right. Job Costing, Job Tracking and Integrated Reporting with Network and up to 10 computer stations is only $3570 complete, or the Single Computer version is only $1795. That's a $3,500 decrease over our prior version of Job Costing which contained separate Data Collection Module and Reports. The full system can handle up to 99 employees assuming 10 employees per computer however the optimal maximum is actually 50 employees.

In addition, GraphiTech offers the opportunity to have your Licensed Software reside in the cloud for easy access from virtually any device. Ideal for collecting data while on-the-road. This does incur a monthly fee if cloud based data collection is desired.

This video illustrates the procedure for downloading either of GraphiTech's Estimating programs and identifies the small snipit program that must be incorporated into the installation folder before you actually try to run the setup program. The small snipit is called ProEst6.CAB for Professional Estimator and GTDigi4.CAB for Digital Estimator. Call 800-634-8324 or email Scott to obtain the final program snipit. Quoting Multiple Brochures at the Same Time, Video #3

In this example, we are preparing a quote for a customer that requests the price for 1000 each of two different 4 color brochures front and back (4/4), a 2nd 4 color flyer front only (4/0) and a third brochure simply black on front only. This will be done in the Digital Worksheet using a single quote rather than three separate quotes. Later it will be turned into a job with an increase in the quantity desired from 1000 to 3000.

The creation of a Digital Matrix is examined and illustrates two diferent ways of creating the matrix. In one, a fixed click rate is built and in the other a variable click rate is constructed. Afterwards, two estimates are shown (using the Multi-Part command) and are then compared using the Multi-Part display within the Worksheet.
