12/02/09-01/06/12: For those of you with Job Costing, there are
currently four updates required for 2010-2012. Download either the EXE
or the ZIP file shown below, or if you prefer, download the one
ZIP file called JCVers11.zip which includes all 4 of the files
shown.

Legacy (DOS) Professional Estimator: (Warning:
VISTA will probably not allow you to install correctly. This
is because we use a DOS Shell command within the Install Program
to test for various contents and these shell commands do not work
in Vista and higher computers. Please install from a non-VISTA computer and copy contents to your
EST folder on the VISTA computer)
12/23/09: This update supercedes any previous update. It
includes the new MENU.exe, JOBTICK.exe (allows for entry
of a date into 2010 and beyond), plus a new Version identifier
showing version 11.1 on Master Menu. Simply click on the file
below and you will be able to download the zip file that contains these
files to your computer. The unzipped files will then need to be
placed into your EST folder on your server. This is a
necessary update in order for you to be able to use the
Professional Estimator in 2010 and beyond.
PEVers11.ZIP
01/31/12: This update permits the user to extend the
number of saved quotes from 32,767 to several million. It
currently does not allow for previous backup quote files to be
included in the upgrade. To install this upgrade, click on ExtQuote.ZIP.
Additional instructions are included within the zip file.

Millennium Job Costing:
01/06/10: This update controls the reading of certain null data entry
points. It is not an install program but rather a patch that
consists of the JobCost.exe program. It is to be downloaded
and, if a zip file, unzipped, and placed into the local hard drive
only of C:\Millennium\JobCost folder. This needs to be done
on each computer that runs Job Costing (Millennium Version Only).
Do Not Attempt to reinstall the software using your CD's. To
download, select either the EXE or the ZIP file below:

Instructions for Downloading:
- You may Save the zip
file or Open the zip file.
(If downloading the EXE files, just download to your EST
folder or copy the exe file to the EST folder after
downloading).
- If you Open the
file, go to line 5 below. If you Save the
file, continue with 3 below.
- If you are not told where the
zip file was saved to, look in the following areas.
- Your C drive under My
Documents, then look for either the zip file or a Download
Folder
- Your
Server Drive
under My Documents, then look for either the zip file or a
Download Folder
- Right Click on the zip file
and click on Open with WinZip
- Click on the button that says EXTRACT
at the top of the WinZip page
- Extract the files to your EST
folder, on your server (if a Legacy Program) or to the
Millennium\Appropriate Directory (if using the Millennium
Software).
The files are identified within the zip file as menu.exe, jobticke.exe and
gtvers in the Professional Estimator and as exactly as
shown in Job Costing. Once this has been completed, be sure the
date reads today. Then run the program as you normally would. It
should ask for a code. When it does, call me and I'll give
you the new code for this year. Once the code is entered, check
the version number in the bottom right of the box on the Master
Menu. It should read Vers11.1.
