To start,
click on image of the Bluetooth scanner below to view the PDF flyer that
describes the use of the Millennium / Legacy Job Tracking software
with Bluetooth enabled scanning. Ordering the software is
easy. Just click on the desired version and then click on
"Add to Cart". If ordering the Bluetooth
Scanner as well, then select the Scanner from the drop down list
and click add to cart. NOTE: If you are on GraphiTech Maintenance,
then be sure to read the section entitled "On
Maintenance" below. All orders will be shipped within 7
- 14 days, depending on the number of orders received. If ordering
additional workstations, be sure to do that at the same time in
order to receive the special pricing at this time.

Job
Tracking Software
General Information:
The Millennium/Legacy JobTrack system allows the user to perform
several rather unique functions with regard to tracking jobs
through the plant. They are as follows;

Morning Reports: With
JobTrack, you have an  excellent and indispensible tool that
enables your CSR's to provide detailed reports on where each
customer's job is, their completion status and if it's on hold
due to changes, vendors, etc.. Never again will your CSR leave
the meeting just to find the job! In addition, the CSR can
pull an individualized report any time they need it.

Instant Awareness: Your
customer calls and asks if the job is ready for pickup. 
You
select the customer from the drop down list, then click on the
job number desired and you instantly have the information in
front of you. You can see if the job is ready for
pickup, shipped by a carrier or simply being packaged prior to
delivery. And new to this version is our Percent Complete
Progress Bar at bottom of screen that shows exactly where the
job is in relation to the amount of time required to complete
job.

Bluetooth Technology*: Our Platinum software (as well additional licensed software)
employs the use of a Bluetooth Scanner that may be used by any
number of employees in the plant. For multiple
workstations, simply add additional Bluetooth scanners to each licensed
workstation.
 *Bluetooth Technology enables the computer on
which the software is running to become, in essence, a wireless
connection between the computer and the Bluetooth device. During
periods of inactivity, the Bluetooth Scanner will sleep and as
soon as the employee scans their badge, operation code or job
number, the scanner wakes up and sends the data to the appropriate
docked workstation. In addition, should the scanner get outside
the range of the Bluetooth radio, data is retained in memory until
the scanner comes within 30 feet
of the designated workstation at which point all data collected is
uploaded automatically, accurately and efficiently.
With JobTrack, you save hundreds of hours
yearly by just eliminating the time and expense of manually
locating jobs! And the
security of knowing where every job is, the type of activity and
if the job is complete or just waiting for outside services is
invaluable.
On
Maintenance?
If you are on Maintenance, just order the
appropriate program(s) and/or hardware at
the "Add to Cart" link above. If you are currently on maintenance, we
will ship you a no charge
upgrade of the software. In other words, if you order the
Bluetooth version, you will get the Platinum upgrade at no
additional charge. If you order the Basic, you will get the
Bluetooth version of the Basic program.
And if you order the Platinum version, you will receive the
Employee/Stock upgrade at no additional cost.
Not
On Maintenance?
Just order the program from the "Add to
Cart" link above. Note that you
will need to purchase the Bluetooth Scanner for either the
Bluetooth version or the Platinum version. Basic does not
require a Bluetooth radio nor does it accept Bluetooth radio
inputs.
Warranty:
GraphiTech provides a satisfaction guarantee that if,
within the allotted usage time limit of the software or 10 days
after receipt of software, whichever comes first, the original
purchaser may obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) from
GraphiTech for a full refund less the cost of shipping and
handling ($50), as long as the hardware and software are returned
in the same condition as received (less obvious opening of
software sleeve for purposes of installation).
Installing
JobTrack:
A program CD will be shipped with appropriate hardware and
instructions for installing.
